A new launch, a new mission. We follow Garnier favorites Juanpa Zurita and Chingu Amiga as members of La Policía de las Imperfecciones (the Pimple Police).
Under the guidance of dermatologist Dr. Karla Estrada, our recruits go through a series of training moments to learn the science behind Garnier Pimple Patch. Once trained, they hit the streets, patrolling the area and helping people deal with different skin concerns by stopping imperfections before they take over.
The concept turned the product benefit into the campaign narrative: a special unit dedicated to spotting and neutralizing pimples. The twist? The squad’s most powerful tool, the Pimple Patch, is almost invisible. This idea came to life through the hashtag #SeNotaQueNoSeNotan (“You can tell they’re there because you can’t see them”), reinforcing the product’s key feature: effective protection that remains practically undetectable on the skin.
As Creative Director, I oversaw the development of the concept and its execution across the campaign. I also designed the Pimple Police badge and logo, and collaborated closely with the production team on the uniforms and set design to build the playful law-enforcement universe that brought the idea to life.
